At IsIOTech we process the information provided by interested persons for the following purposes:

  1. Management of inquiries and requests: To manage and respond to requests for information, queries or quotes made through the web forms or email.
  2. Provision of services: In the event that you contract our services, for the administrative, tax and accounting management of clients.
  3. Commercial communications (Only if authorized): To send information about news, products and services related to IsIOTech, provided that the user has given their explicit consent to do so.

What is the legitimation for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for processing your data depends on the purpose:

  1. To answer queries: The basis is the consent of the interested party when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  2. For the execution of services: The basis is the execution of a service provision contract or pre-contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  3. For sending advertising: The basis is the express consent requested from you (via a checkbox) or legitimate interest if there is already a prior contractual relationship.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The data will not be transferred to third parties except under legal obligation (e.g., Tax Agency).

However, in order to provide our services, we share data with external service providers acting as Data Processors (for example: web hosting providers, email services or tax advisory), with whom IsIOTech has signed the confidentiality agreements required by regulations.

How long will we keep your data?

  1. Inquiry data will be kept for the time necessary to meet your request and, subsequently, for 1 year.
  2. Billing and contract data will be kept for the legally established period (generally 5 years for tax obligations).

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not IsIOTech is processing personal data concerning them. Interested persons have the right to:

  2. Request the rectification of inaccurate data.
  3. Request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary.
  4. Object to the processing.
  5. Request the limitation of processing.
  6. Request data portability.

To exercise these rights, the user can send an email to info@isiotech.net attaching a copy of their ID or identification document. Likewise, we inform you that you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
